This : This sounds like it is an urgent issue that needs immediate medical evaluation in the er or and urgent care center. "bulging knots" from rectum and under scrotum may represent a hernia or even varicose veins. Both can be very dangerous. If you have not done so already please seek medical attention. Good luck.
