To specifically answer your question, you probably will not be able to tell if your symptoms are "connected with cancer" this is something your doctor will have to investigate. General symptoms that can be associated with cancer are fatigue, anorexia, unintentional weight loss, pain, fever, bowel changes, and persistent cough. Depends....: ...on the specific cancer, of course. Unfortunately, many cancer patients do not develop symptoms until it's too late. Thus the importance of prevention (living healthy, avoiding tobacco, HPV vaccine, etc.) and early detection (screening tests). If you have any unexplained symptoms, please visit your doctor.
