Without : Without examining you and looking at your discharge under a microscope, i cannot tell you what is causing your symptoms. It could be an infection from yeast, bacterial vaginosis, or a sexually transmitted disease such as trichonella, or chlamydia. It could be a foreign object such as a forgotten tampon. You could even be pregnant with your history of an unusually light period. The best thing you to do is to call your doctor. Since all of these possibilities require very different treatments, you need a correct diagnosis first. Good luck!

GYN MD visit needed: The combination of your 2 specific gynecological issues require a GYN MD examination to answer. A possible vaginal bacterial infection + irregular vaginal bleeding need to be sorted out by a physically present not virtual GYN MD.
