I : I am sorry that you have not found appropriate treatment for your problem. If several doctors assured you it was not an std, then what did they say it was? What creams were tried? Please re-post your question with these answers. Also consider finding a free or low cost clinic in your area. Another opinion may prove beneficial. Good luck.

Seek another opinion: Its very difficult to know exactly what you may be suffering from. And i agree that you may need a second opinion if no one has given you a diagnosis. However, one possibility is that it may be folliculitis or an inflammation of the hair follicles around the area, these may often look like pimples.
