First : First of all try to relax. The odds are in your favor. You probably were experiencing withdrawal bleeding from being off the patch for 4 days. This means that the hormones were no longer present from the patch and your uterus responded by shedding (bleeding). On the other hand there is always a possibility of pregnancy when contraception is not being used, no matter how short the time frame you were off of it; but like i stated previously the odds that this occurred is pretty low. The symptoms you are feeling now (cramping, nausea) are probably from the hormonal imbalance that your body is dealing with. If you miss your next period then you should take an early prediction pregnancy test at that time. Good luck.
