Since these symptoms are becoming more frequent, you should see your doctor. It could be a nerve injury or compression and should be looked into.

Get MD checked out: You need to be examined to determine what the source of the "flash" is coming from. It may be any number of things from thyroid to anxiety issues. A thorough MD exam will rule in or out many concerns.
