Yes, : Yes, pregnancy is a possibility. Hormonal swings could also be a possibility. Sometimes our hormones swing when we are on birth control and this can cause symtpoms as well. Please take a pregnancy test to be sure. If you have pain, fever, vomiting, or new complaints then please be evaluated immediately.
