In : In order to answer this question i need to know your age. However if the bleeding is severe, you should go to your primary care provider or local er. Please resubmit with your age and history of your menstrual cycle (age of onset, frequency, length of cycle, and if your cycle was normal prior to 2 yrs ago?) thank you.

Not a period: This bleeding at age 65 is usually not a period but a signal that something is amiss with the "system" or exogenous hormones are being used. See a GYN MD immediately.
