This is common if you are overweight, or tend to wear tight fitting clothes. This is usually treated by an anti-fungal medication that can be prescribed by your doctor. However, it is very difficult to guess without seeing the rash, therefore i implore you to have your primary medical doctor or a dermatologist evaluate you.

See doctor: Since the rash does not itch, it is less likely from an allergic reaction. See a dermatologist. If they are from venereal warts, they would not itch.
