No: Acoording to the physician desk reference(pdr), the use of Crestor (rosuvastatin) is not recommended for pregnancy or nursing mothers.

No: Since lipid metabolism is necessary for proper fetal development all statin drugs are considered category x, contraindicated during pregnancy. They are considered less toxic during breast feeding but are still not recomended.
