Can my birth control (loseasonique) effect the color/shape of my nipples? i know this is usuallly an early sign of pregnancy, but i always use protection and have very recently had my period.

Yes, : Yes, nipple changes are a normal side effect of birth control pills. Birth control pills contain hormones that can have physical side effect on the body (due to hormones) which include changes in nipple color and shape, breast tenderness, breast fullness, bloating, mood swings, change in menstral cycle and other side effects. Many women experience these side effects as a result of taking the additional hormone.
