No: Any exercises for your nose would not have much cosmetic shaping effect for your nose. Just let your nose do what it's supposed to, add character to your face and smell the roses.

No: The external appearance of the nose is based upon a bony and cartilage framework. Unfortunately the only way to accurately alter the framework and ultimately the appearance is with surgery.

Yes but...: It will only work in the first few months of life or just after a nasal fracture or nasal surgery. In the first case, it probably won't do much. For the latter two, only with the recommendation of your doctor.
