Probably unrelated: Unless you have lesions over suture lines , either in the midline or the lower abdominal scar, that could indicate suture related issues, blister are not explained , this far out, from tummy tuck. You may need to see a dermatologist.

Maybe...: It might be that the area in which the blisters are forming is in the area where you are numb, so you are not feeling your clothes rubbing on the skin. See your surgeon: If the suture material used by the surgeon is permanent (does not dissolve), it can on rare occasion be expelled from the body. This will usually show up as a blister with a little redness around it.
