Antibiotics : Antibiotics can decrease the efficacy of birth control pills, making them less effective. It is always recommended to use a back up method during the antibiotic regimen and for 7 days after. It sounds like you always use a condom. This is also a great birth control method. If you always use a condom, and semen has not come in contact with your vaginal fluids, then your risk of being pregnant is low. If you miss your period, take a pregnancy test to be sure.

Not likely: Most antibiotics don't interact with most pills, and the condom serves as backup. Pills prevent ovulation, so chances are, you're not pregnant.
