What is the cause of body acne? i have light acne almost all over my body, but i wash normally and i even started using acne washes.

Maybe hormones: In women entering menopause, an imbalance can occur: dropping levels of estrogen, & progesterone, while testosterone and androgen production continues, may allow estosterone effects to predominate and breakouts to occur. If the topical dermatologic products don't help, may try a gyn who knows about hormone balancing.
