When is a good time to get a tricycle?

Around 3yrs: Around 3 years old children generally have gained enough coordination and skill to learn to ride a tricycle. When you get a trike make sure you get a helmet as well- make a rule that no tricycle riding unless the helmet is on and strapped!

Around 3 years: This is a good age to introduce not just the bike, but the safety too. Teach them to respect the street, watch fo cars backing up and always have them wear a helmet.
