Spotting : Spotting between periods can be attributed to hormone changes/fluctuations (such as being on birth control pill or other method), missing birth control pills, a vaginal infection, pre cancerous symptomes stress, low thyroid levels or implantation of an egg to the uterus (after concieving) see your doctor to investigate why you are experiencing bleeding between periods if it persists. If you having severe pain, seek medical attention right away.
