If : If you have not had sex since your last period, there is a very low chance that you are pregnant. Diarrhea is not typically an early sign of pregnancy. This sounds more like a GI or digestion issue. Having said that, if you are on your 4th day of diarrhea, be sure to stay hydrated and drink plenty of water as you are at risk for dehydration. Try eating foods with more fiber to help your bowel movements become more regular (such as leafy greens, bran, cereal). You can also take over the counter medicines to help with the diarrhea. Also, take your tempurature and let your doctor know if you it is above 100 degrees f. As you may have an infection. Once again, diarrhea is not typically a sign of pregnancy, and you have not had sex since your last period, then there is low chance of pregnancy. If you want to be more sure, take a pregnancy test.
