how long does it normally take a man to ejaculate, and at what point is ejaculation considered premature?

1 doctor answer
Dr. George Klauber
Specializes in Pediatric Urology
Very variable: Premature ejaculation occurs before or very soon after penile insertion. Some couples practice tantric sex (check via google) and continue the sex act almost indefinitely. 3 - 5 minutes is proably average, this can be prolonged with deep breathing techniques. To ejaculate before a woman achieves orgsm is common.
