Maybe: Only if the man is binge drinking. One study from brazil reports that drinking greater than five drinks at one setting once a week or more frequently can impair sperm quality.

It might: If you are talking about a sperm analysis, alcohol definitely has an effect on sperm motility -reducing it. Long-term drinking has effects that reduce testosterone in men and estrogen in women, and that can reduce sperm count, alter motility and increase the number of abnormal sperm. If you are seeing a doctor because you havent been able to have children, you should stop drinking first.

It can.: Anything you do in excess in a period of 2-3 months before a semen analysis is done can affect the result. You should limit alcohol to no more than 2 glasses/shots/beers daily.
