Depends: Depending on which tests you're having and how much alcohol you drank, the results may be affected. This is especially true if you are having liver function tests done. Alcohol is also a diuretic and may lead to dehydration. This may impact other tests as well. Of course, if the test is for the presence of alcohol, you will likely be positive.
