It's possible: If you are having blood in your urine it is important to see your doctor as soon as you can to be evaluated. It is possible for cervical cancer to cause bloody urine however this typically only happens in advanced cases where the cervical cancer is growing into the bladder.

Bloody urine: Although it is possible that cervical cancer causes bloody urine- however that happens usually in more advanced stage when the cancer goes invading the bladder. There are many things can cause blood in the urine- i.e. Infection in bladder, trauma, stone -kidney/bladder, tumor/cancer in the bladder or other urinary tract area etc. Those are something to be ruled out
