I am always hot hot hot and my friends are wearing sweater while i have on a tshirt i use estrace (estradiol) 1mg but it doesn't help.

Post Hysterctomy?: If you had your ovaries out with a hysterectomy then talk to your md about changing your hormone pill to another modality such as patch, cream, gel, etc. Also, make sure your thyroid gland is functioning properly with a blood test. If you have not had your ovaries removed you should not be taking oral or any other form of estrogen.
