No: 1. Saw palmetto -- despite its widespread use, the best research studies (randomized, placebo-controlled) show no difference versus placebo 2. Coffee is a known bladder irritant and may give you worsening lower urinary tract symptoms (frequency, urgency, etc).

No: I am assuming you are not asking for yourself since BPH is unheard of at age 29.However saw palmetto and caffeine to treat BPH is not a recognized treatment. A study was done on saw palmetto and it was the same result with a placebo.
