is it possible to get a pig bladder transplanted into you?

No: At this time, if a bladder needs to removed for any reason, most commonly for bladder cancer, it is reconstructed with the persons own intestine. Using any other material such as animal tissue or plastic type material is not an option due to multiple factors such as infection, scarring, and formation of stones.
