Why do women get overactive bladder more than men?

Weak sphincter: Sometimes the overactive bladder is caused when a drop of urine gets in the urethra and triggers a contraction. Since women are more likely to have stress incontinence they are more likely to have that drop of urine get in their urethra and trigger oab symptoms.
