It : It sounds like muscular pain, however if it persists even after taking over the counter pain meds you may need further work up like chest xray etc..

Pleurisy: Your symptoms suggest pleurisy - have you had a chest x-ray? Alternatively, you could be having rib, costochondral junction, or intercostal muscle pain: all forms of rheumatism. Your family doctor or internist could easily sort through these possibilities for you! good luck!
