Swelling : Swelling of the female private parts may represent an infection. Infections in the labia (the outer parts of the vagina) can cause significant swelling. Sometimes patients can get abscesses in this area that need to be drained. Swelling around the vaginal area is very concerning and should be immediately medically evaluated.
