No: Chronic sinusitis is defined as signs and symptoms of sinus inflammaton persisting beyond 8-12 weeks. Certainly we can feel run down with any chronic illness but i would encourage you pursue a thorough medical evaluation by your primary care provider to exclude more common causes of tiredness.

Maybe: If the sinusitis leads to nasal obstruction this can lead to poorer sleeping and fatigue. You should contact an ENT doctor for a full history and exam.
