Many: There are many different surgeries (and non-surgical procedures) for menieres. Some are destructive, some are non-destructive. They all have their proponents and detractors in the surgical community. I typically recommend non-destructive procedures first and only recommend destructive procedures if these fail or meniere's disease is very advanced.
