Need blood work.: No energy has multiple etiologies, anemia, thyroid disorder, poor nutrition, cardiac problems, poor sleep habits etc etc. Muscle aches can be caused by medication such as statiins, deconditioning
poor circulation etc. As mentioned above, you need worked up because viral etiologies are also possible causes, although i doubt this.
