A member asked:

When i get so angry or nervous about something, i tremble mildly, the same way when i feel very cold. what's the cause of this? thanks in advance.

Trembling after : Being angry or very nervous is the natural way that our nervous system has to discharge the excess chemicals and hormones that have been released into the body. Allow the trembling to take place, this is normal and healthy.
