The : The only thing you can drink to increase "ovarian reserve" is water from the fountain of youth. Women are born with about half-million eggs and once they are used up- menopause. Every month you use up a half dozen of so eggs. As you get older, those eggs become harder to fertilize and miscarriage is more likely if conception happens. There is a neat new test called an amh or anti-mullerian hormone that tells you how age is affecting your fertility. There are drugs (follistim comes to mind) that make you ovulate, but they are potent and only given by a fertility specialist. As you know, most "herbs" and supplements have not been investigated scientifically and so most advice is only anecdotal. What goal are you trying to achieve by secreting more fsh?

Good nutrition: Good nutrition is always helpful, but there is nothing that you can eat or drink which can stimulate your fsh. Your fsh should already be very high because you are most likely post-menopausal at age 60.
