How can i stop the constant ringing in my ears?

Difficult at best: I am not aware of anything available that will stop tinnitus. Most of the treatments available today(biofeedback, masking devices, acupuncture, tinnitus retraining therapy, gingko, medications among others) can control it but not stop it.

Depends: Stopping the ringing depends on knowing the cause. This would require a visit with an ENT doctor where a history would be taken, physical exam done, and probably a comprehensive hearing test (audiogram). Once the cause is known, it can potentially be treated.
