Eye vision improved a lot all at once? what would cause this to happen and what should be aware of

Sometimes : Sometimes an unstable tear film causes you to have blurry vision. Blinking or providing wetting drops will help clear the vision quickly. Without an eye exam, it is difficult to pinpoint your new improved vision and the cause for the initial decrease in vision.
