Chlamydia, Gonorrhea: The presentation of urethral discharge and testicular pain is called epididymo-orchitis, and in young men is usually due to the stds chlamydia or gonorrhea. In older men, urinary tract pathogens such as e coli is the most common cause. Due to high levels of antibiotic resistant gonorrhea, make sure appropriate cultures and antibiotics are used.
