Yes: There are good over the counter medications that help with the nausea, vomiting and dizziness of labyrinthitis but the labyrinthitis (inflammation of the labyrinth or balance canals) will just need tincture of time to improve.

Labyrinthitis: There are over the counter antihistamines which can help with the symptoms. Dramamine, (dimenhydrinate) bonine and similar otc medications are available.
