Blepharitis: Inflammation of the eyelids is called blepharitis. It may be associated with allergies, or skin conditions like rosacea. Lid scrubs with baby shampoo may help, but often ointment is needed when dry patches show up. More info can be found: http://www.2020vision.Com/blepharitis.Html.
