If u get sperm there: Impotent--inability to get and/or maintain erection. Inability to make sperm or only nonfunctional sperm=infertile if you just can't get it up to deliver the sperm, then some meds such as viagra/levitra/cialis can help with erection so you can deliver the sperm there. If can't produce sperm or have only nonfunctional sperms, then you can't make a baby. Consult doc for help. Good luck.

Yes.: As the previous good doctor answered, yes. If his suggestions of levitra, (vardenafil) cialsis, vaigra fail ( and there other ways of achieving erection), the ability to ejaculate is the most important thing. A urologist can "electroejaculate" a male to obtain semen.
