Pre- ejaculate : The sexual fluids produced by males often contain healthy swimmers (sperm) apart from the "main load" .Fingers or other body parts that have contact with this material will have the potential to pass a healthy sperm into the vaginal entrance & from there gain access to & fertilize an egg.To avoid pregnancy you must have your barrier in place to trap these fluids before they begin to leak.

Possibly: As long as the fluid had not completely dried it could contain active sperm. Once a mobile sperm gains access to the moist areas within the vagina it might be able to access the cervix & establish a pregnancy.Chances of it happening are low but remain.

Possibly if fluid: was deposited at introitus (opening of vagina) or in the vagina. Most studies have shown low levels of sperm or no sperm in pre-ejaculate with sperm not being motile. One small study published in 2011 showed that there are some individuals with a high motile sperm count in pre-ejaculate. See: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3564677/ Pre-ejaculate
