A member asked:

I thought i had lupus, is it hard to find? i had a butterfly polkadotted rash on my inner thighs is it possible to have the rash there?

Probably not.: "butterfly rash" refers to a rash shaped like a butterfly on the central face. A spotty rash on the inner thighs is most commonly a ringworm or yeast infection, but there are many other (less common) causes. Very unlikely to be lupus. Check with your doctor or a dermatologist and find out what it really is.
