Orthopnea: That is a sign of orthopnea. Your breathing is affected due to either heart disease of different types (+/- lung disease). You should see your doctor to get a full physical, labs, ekg, and other tests as well as a review of your lifestyle (diet/exercise), medications, and other medical history.
