Get checked: Labs vary in what is normal for their technique, but this is probably pretty low. Check with your primary doctor first. You may need to see a mineral metabolism specialist (such as an endocrinologist). Low levels in adults can cause osteomalacia, a bone disorder with loss of bone strength. It is different than osteoporosis.
