Rare: I have not seen this in my practice. It would be a rare place for breast cancer to travel. However not impossible.

Yes: I have seen it. I agree that it is rare but it does occur. A good ophthalmologist can recognize it. Further imaging is needed, MRI of the brain to rule out any further intracranial metastases. If only site, the treatment is radiation. Hope this helps.
