A member asked:

Iris is considered as the living password, what happens to iris detection after a person dies?

It changes: The iris is living tissue and will degrade after death, just like your finger prints will. Therefore they will change.

Degenerates: The iris, due to its varied complexity, can be used as a fairly unique identifier. After death, like all soft tissue, the iris degenerates and falls apart so use as an identifier must be done quickly after death if needed.
