Yes.: Most likely spondylitis, best managed by a rheumatology specialist. Scloliosis does not cause pain a 26 y/o. Degenerative disease unlikely. Spondyloarthropathy most likely. This is inflammatory. There are many extra-articular problems that can occur. Correct DX is essential.
