If someone got an abortion is it possible for that person to have pregnancy complications in the future?

Very Unlikely: Modern abortion care does not effect a womans ability to conceive or carry a pregnancy. Some doctors still believe that abortions in the presence of infection may lead to scar tissue in the uterus, but today this is so rare it is almost non-existant. Most complicated pregnancies have to do with prematurity or blood pressure problems which have nothing to do with a prior abortion.
