NO: A fiberglass cast is porous and your skin will be exposed to the chemical in the spray and can cause major skin problems. If color is important, there are many different colors of fiberglass as wee as logos of your favorit team etc. Ask about it.

Paint: Yes it is okay to spray paint lightky but do not get the cotton padding wet underneath and try to wrap the edges and your skin so the inside does not get full of paint.
