A member asked:

How do i know if it is osteoarthritis, achondroplasia, osteoporosis, hypocalcemia, hyperthyroidism, or hypercalcemia?

All differ greatly: Terminology is a bit confusing to many but a physician can certainly help you decide whether you have bone pain or very short stature. I'd share your concerns with your doctor. Too many issues to cover in 400 characters.

See Dr for tests: Osteoarthritis can be diagnosed with exam and x-rays, osteoporosis by DEXA scan , calcium hyper/hypo and hyperthyroidism are all DX with blood tests.
