Skin Care: There are always warning labels with skin care products. Since there are so many different things out there its best to consult with an experienced dermatologist in your area for products that are safe in pregnancy. One thing certainly to avoid is retin-a.

Always check.: It is always good to periodically evaluate what we are putting into and onto our bodies, and pregnancy is a great time to take stock. Go through all your medications, supplements, herb and beauty products to be certain they are not putting your baby at risk. Some products are know to cause problems (accutane) others are not studied but are still avoided (botox).
